WHAT MAKES GREAT SOUTH INDIAN FILTER COFFEE?: Sourced from select plantations in southern India, this traditional South Indian Filter Coffee is one of our favourite blends of finest Arabica Beans (70%) and Chicory (30%).
ROAST: This freshly dark roasted coffee is clean, pleasantly brisk, tipped with delicious nuances and has a compelling sweetness that’s quite uncanny. No other filter coffee quite matches freshness and the beautifully rounded cup characteristics of this one.
ABOUT TOFFEE COFFEE ROASTERS: Explore Unique, Nuanced Coffees from the Finest Coffee Estates of the World, roasted by hand & in small batches with Toffee Coffee Roasters. Experience Quintessential Expression of a Coffee Terroir with Freshly Roasted Coffee from Selective Sourced Coffee Estates of the World.
NO PRESERVATIVES AND CHEMICALS: Our Traditional Filter Coffee is made with authentic Love and Purity. It has no added preservatives and chemicals.
HOW TO BREW: Take 16 Gms of Filter Coffee Powder in a Coffee Filter. Brew it with 100 ml of water and let it steep in the lower filter decoction jar for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile boil some thick creamy milk and add sugar to taste. Pour your decotion in a Filter Dabra and froth it for a Perfect Filter Coffee. Play some Naatu Naatu Music along, have it with some Uttapam and Rava Idli!
