Processing: These coffee beans undergo a unique and traditional processing method, wherein the coffee beans are exposed to the monsoon winds. This treatment causes the coffee beans to swell, lose their acidity, and develop a striking pale gold hue. The result is a coffee with a smooth, mellow flavour profile and a subtle earthiness that sets it apart from other varieties.
Roast: Expect notes of chocolate and nuts, with a subtle hint of spice from these Medium roast Grade AA Arabica beans. This full-bodied coffee is rich, balanced with a mellow, smooth aftertaste. Added chicory gives it an authentic south Indian filter coffee taste!
