What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
- We will review your request within 24–48 hours.

- We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) and provide them with your complaint.
- We may terminate repeat infringers’ access to the site.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification to the same email (dmca@amazontechnews.com) containing:
- Your contact details and signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
- Consent to jurisdiction in New Delhi, India
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
