Processing: These shade grown coffee beans undergo coco fermentation, a unique processing method. Wherein coffee cherries are pulped and washed, then fermented in a restricted oxygen process. The beans are then slow dried on raised beds with regular aeration and consistent raking. The resulting coffee is fruity, and butty with a light body and clear, bright flavour.
Freshly roasted coffee is ground fresh and delivered directly from our roastery!
